Can I come and visit your setting before my child starts?

Yes you  are welcome to come along and discover out setting, we will usually agree a suitable time to avoid busy periods

How do I book a place ?

All parents/carers are asked to complete our Expression of Interest Form to enable us to see what sessions/days you would like your child to attend so we can check our availability

How do I pay my fees, do you accept cash?

We are a cashless Organisation for the Safety and Security of everyone. For all payments you will be sent out an invoice via email which gives you our Bank Details, we can also take payments by card in the setting using Sum Up and for all payments received you will be sent a receipt via email

Do you accept Childcare Vouchers?

We are registered with several schemes which you can discuss with our Childcare manager

Do I need to send anything with my child?

When your child starts at our setting you will be sent a “Welcome pack” which gives you all this information

What are your opening times?

We are open 48 weeks of the year

Nursery 9am – 3.00pm Term Time Only

After School Club 3pm – 5pm Term Time Only

Holiday Club 9am – 5pm (see holiday club section for more info)

Are your staff First Aid Trained

We have access to first aid for all our staff who are encouraged to complete this within a few months of starting with us

Are your staff DBS/Police checked?

All our staff have enhanced DBS checks when they join us and are registered with the Update System

Do you have CCTV in your setting?

At the moment this is something we don’t have in our setting

How will I know what my child has been doing throughout the day?

We have “Tapestry” which is a secure online learning journal where you will receive notifications with photographs, important information and how your child is learning and developing
